Hungry For More
If you answered yes to any of the above statements, keep reading.
Imagine not feeling that way
I know that you can achieve the balance you desire.
I know that you can have food freedom.
I know that you can be free of stressing about food.
I know you can learn to accept your body.
“But Alex, Intuitive Eating just isn’t for me…I just lose control around food.”
I know it feels like if you granted yourself freedom to eat whatever you want that you will lose control around food. I know it feels like you need food rules so you can stay in control.
But the truth is, the micromanaging of your diet is what is making your lose control around food. Food and the restriction of food is actually controlling you.
Answer this question for me. How many diets have you been on or tried to follow? Have you ever felt free around food?
I would venture to guess the answer in no. Maybe it’s time to release control and try something new.
Things the diet industry doesn’t want you to know
1. 55% of weight-loss product ads promise something they can’t actually deliver on.
2. The weight loss industry is a $60 Billion a year industry - that’s a lot of reasons to push weight loss.
3. What people feel best eating varies dramatically person to person.
4. The Center for Weight and Eating Disorders says 65% of dieters return to their pre-diet weights in the span of three years.
5. In the meta-analysis of 29 long-term weight loss studies, it was determined that within 2 years after weight loss, more than half of the weight lost during the process was regained. And after five years, weight regain is up by 80%. [2019]
You have not failed at dieting, the diet industry fails us all.
Diet culture has been called the life-thief because how much time and energy it robs so many of us of. I want to help you reclaim your time and energy so you can do so many more important things than worry about food.
Introducing:
Hungry For More

It will help you shift from control issues around food, yo-yo dieting to a healthy, free and intuitive approach to eating and being in relation with your body.
Intuitive eating doesn’t actually feel intuitive because we have a lifetime of what society and diet-culture have taught us, in this safe space we will unlearn & re-learn to trust our bodies and our intuition.
