I designed this course with you in mind, to help you get back insync with your body and let it guide your choices with food.

When I first heard about intuitive eating I was like oh listening to my body, that sounds easy. How wrong I was.

It can feel really hard to to trust your body. We’re so used to being given rules for how to eat that just carte blanche trusting your body can feel risky and often when we first start we binge on all the things we’ve been restricting which only confirms to us that we can’t trust our bodies and then we double down and go into control overdrive. And thus we fall back into the binge and restrict cycle endlessly.

This is for those of you who have spent your lives battling with food are are looking for peace in that relationship.

This is a four week container around the holidays to provide support during one of the hardest times of the year. With more time spent with family who we may not have seen in a while, during a pandemic and around holidays that center around food.
