Yoga for Office Workers Who Sit At A Desk All Day

Freelance life was great for my body! I got to move all day and never did the same thing twice but I’m not going to lie, since going back to work in an office my body is FEELING the negative effects of being stagnant. I do still workout 4-6 days a week and try and move as much as possible during the day but it’s not the same. For that reason I wanted to put together some of my favorite yoga poses to counteract the awfulness that is sitting at a desk all.freaking.day. These can be done as a flow or by themselves. I tried to provide a variety of options for you to choose from so make sure you do what feels right for your body.
